The Platform and its content are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use any of our intellectual property without our express written permission.

6. Disclaimers:

The Platform is provided "as is" and without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We disclaim all warranties, including, but not limited to, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

7. Limitation of Liability:

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any damages arising out of your use of the Platform, including direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, and punitive damages.

We aim for your complete satisfaction! If you're not thrilled with your purchase, we gladly offer returns or exchanges within 30 days of the purchase date for most items.

Please note:

• A 30% restocking fee applies to all returned items except for damaged or defective items.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Returned items must be in their original packaging, with all tags and accessories attached.
• Items that are damaged, used, or washed will not be accepted for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

What can be returned?

You can return most non-customized items purchased from our store within 30 days of purchase. 

Fully customized orders are final:

Please note that any items that have been overly customized to your specifications (personal engraving options), cannot be returned or exchanged.

How to initiate a return:

1. Contact us via email at returns@cccanopy.com.
2. Let us know which item(s) you would like to return and the reason for your return.
3. We will issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
4. Pack the item(s) securely in their original packaging, with the RMA number clearly visible on the outside of the package.
5. Ship the package back to us using a traceable shipping method.

Once we receive your return and it is inspected, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 business days.

Exceptions to our return policy:

• As mentioned above, fully customized orders are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Some other items, such as perishable goods and clearance items, may also not be eligible for return. Please check the product listing for specific return information.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. If you have any questions about our return policy, please do not hesitate to contact us.

• We recommend insuring your return shipment for the full value of the item(s).
